In these Terms, the term “Agent” refers to the Estate Agent, specifically the professional entity or individual responsible for managing and facilitating the property sale.

2.1. All users of the 4Bids Service are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and purchase of properties in Ireland, including, but not limited to the laws related to the sale of properties by “Private Treaty” and “Auctions.”
2.2. It is the responsibility of the Agents and Users to ensure that their use of the 4Bids Service complies with all relevant legal requirements, including, but not limited to those outlined in Irish property law.
3.1. 4Property and the Agents using the 4Bids Service hereby disclaim any responsibility for any bids not received or placed incorrectly using the Service. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all bids have been received and placed accurately.
3.2. 4Property and the Agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience incurred as a result of bids not received or placed incorrectly through the Service.
4.1. Users are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner when using the 4Bids Service. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service.
